Warner Brothers Pictures Canada and Get Reel Movies want to take readers and listeners to an advanced screening of The Nice Guys! Screenings will be taking place in Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton and Halifax on Wednesday, May 18, 2016.
Synopsis:
Bumbling private investigator Holland March (Ryan Gosling) and muscle-for-hire Jackson Healy (Russell Crowe) become unlikely partners when they find themselves both looking for the missing Amelia (Margaret Qualley) following the recent death of a high profile porn star.
Amelia’s ties to the actress are unclear, but as other members in the porn industry show up dead, the stakes of their investigation are raised much higher than the duo could have anticipated. With the help of March’s teenage daughter Holly (Angourie Rice), their sleuthing unearths a sprawling corruption that runs high up in the federal government. Shane Black (Iron Man 3) directed this action buddy comedy, with Kim Basinger and Matt Bomer
